Top of the society was Tony with 36 pts and he is trimmed by 0.5 of a point but remains playing at 22. The only handicap change is Paul Fitzell who goes up to 23.5 now playing 24.
Nearest the pins and twos
Peter Mann continued his habit of getting very close on the first with Neil Malone taking the second as well as splitting the twos kitty three ways with Martin Fawcett - I think they got £2 for each birdie 2 - a very high standard for a low return.
In the doubles Neal Malone and Rob Pouncey overcame David Fuller and Denis England to reach the final. There is an outstanding game to be played with Patrick and Paul Green versus Peter and Neil Edwards. This must be decided BEFORE the Stratford Oaks fixture. If a mutually agreeable date can't be reached, the game must be played at Overstone and this may mean one team playing with only one player. Any problems PLEASE let DC know ASAP.
